Abstract

ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the application of Legal Tech technologies in the financial sector, in particular, their role and effectiveness in the process of controlling financial transactions. The study used a qualitative analysis method and studied existing international experiences, advanced approaches, and the level of digitalization of the financial system of Uzbekistan. The results show that Legal Tech systems play an important role in increasing financial transparency, reducing corruption risks, and establishing real-time monitoring of transactions. At the same time, the improvement of the regulatory framework and the digital literacy of personnel are recognized as the main factors determining the success of this process.
