Ushbu maqola sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining huquqiy sohada qo‘llanilishini – huquqiy tadqiqot, sud amaliyoti, qonunchilik monitoringi, shartnoma tahlili, prediktiv analitika, huquqni muhofaza qilish va huquqiy ta’lim sohalarida – chuqur tahlil qiladi. Mavzu O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi va 2025-yilda qabul qilingan SI to‘g‘risidagi qonun doirasida ko‘rib chiqiladi hamda OECD, Yevropa Kengashi, UNICRI, EU AI Act kabi xalqaro standartlar bilan solishtiriladi. Maqola SI ning afzalliklari bilan birga axloqiy, huquqiy va texnik xavflarni ham muhokama qilib, O‘zbekiston uchun amaliy takliflar beradi.
