Abstract
Mehmonxona va restoran menejmenti xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasining muhim tarmog‘i bo‘lib, u mehmonlarga sifatli xizmat taqdim etish, korxona faoliyatini samarali tashkil etish va barqaror daromad olishni ta’minlashga qaratilgan boshqaruv jarayonidir. Ushbu yo‘nalish turizm industriyasining ajralmas qismi hisoblanadi hamda iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishiga sezilarli hissa qo‘shadi. Zamonaviy sharoitda mehmonxona va restoran faoliyati nafaqat xizmat ko‘rsatish, balki strategik rejalashtirish, marketing, moliyaviy boshqaruv va inson resurslarini samarali tashkil etishni ham talab qiladi.
