Abstract

 

Annotatsiya:Arterial gipertoniya dunyo miqyosida keng tarqalgan surunkali kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, yurak-qon tomir tizimi kasalliklari orasida nogironlik va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarining asosiy sabablaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu kasallikning uzoq muddat davom etishi yurak, buyrak, miya va qon tomirlarida jiddiy funksional hamda morfologik o‘zgarishlarni yuzaga keltiradi. So‘nggi yillarda gipertoniya bilan birga jigar kasalliklarining, xususan virusli gepatitlar, yog‘li gepatoz va surunkali gepatitlarning uchrash chastotasi ortib bormoqda. Bu esa bemorlarni davolashda kompleks yondashuv zaruratini yuzaga keltirmoqda.Jigar organizmning asosiy metabolik markazi bo‘lib, ko‘pgina farmakologik preparatlarning parchalanishi va zararsizlantirilishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shu sababli jigar faoliyatining buzilishi antihipertenziv preparatlarning farmakokinetikasi va farmakodinamikasiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
