Abstract: Moral and ideological education plays a fundamental role in shaping the personality of students and guiding their holistic development in contemporary educational settings. In an era of rapid globalization, cultural diversity, and information expansion, students are exposed to a wide range of values and ideological influences, both constructive and destructive. This paper examines moral and ideological education as a key factor in students’ personal development, emphasizing its impact on value formation, critical thinking, civic responsibility, and social behavior. The study highlights that the integration of moral principles with ideological awareness contributes to the formation of a stable worldview, emotional maturity, and resistance to negative external influences. It also analyzes pedagogical approaches and educational strategies that enhance the effectiveness of moral and ideological education in higher and secondary education institutions. The findings suggest that a well-structured educational environment, combined with active teacher involvement and value-oriented curricula, significantly strengthens students’ personal growth and social adaptation. Ultimately, moral and ideological education is identified as an essential component in developing responsible, culturally aware, and ethically grounded individuals..
