EFFECTS OF LOCAL MEDICINAL PLANT HERBA MELILOTI L EXTRACT ON VASCULAR-PLATELET HEMOSTASIS
Abstract
For the first time, the new local preparation consisting of the dry extract of the studied plants has been found to normalize the blood coagulation process based on experiments. When this drug is injected into the body for a long time, it was found that it does not have an adverse effect on the histostructure of vital internal organs of the body and biochemical indicators of peripheral blood. At the same time, the hemostatic effect of ordinary progestin was reduced. As a result, the possibility of using the drug (ordinary contraceptive) in the clinic has been expanded.
