PARA TAEKVONDOCHILARNING JISMONIY IMKONIYATLARINING TAHLILI VA FUNKSIONAL TENGLIKNI TA’MINLASH MUAMMOSI
Abstract
Mazkur ilmiy ishda para taekvondo sportining, xususan K43 toifasiga mansub sportchilar tayyorgarligining ilmiy-metodik asoslari yoritilgan. 2016–2024 yillarda dunyo bo‘yicha para taekvondo sportchilar sonining 65% ga oshgani va Osiyo mamlakatlarining yetakchi o‘rinda ekani ta’kidlangan. Tadqiqot K43 sportchilarida funktsional tenglikni saqlash, sog‘lom ekstremitetaga tushadigan yuklamani muvozanatlashtirish, jarohatlar xavfini kamaytirish va markaziy stabilizatsiyani kuchaytirish bo‘yicha zamonaviy yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Core stability mashqlarining postural barqarorlik, balans va sport natijalarini sezilarli yaxshilashi ilmiy dalillar asosida ko‘rsatib berilgan. Plyometrik, balans va isokinetik mashqlar orqali anaerob kuch, muvozanat va mushak simmetriyasini oshirish, shuningdek, monitoring texnologiyalari yordamida individual yuklamalarni aniqlashtirishning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Milliy va xalqaro tajribalar tahlili asosida K43 toifasi sportchilarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
