MADANIYATLARARO MULOQOT KOMPETENSIYALARINI BAHOLASH VA MONITORING QILISH TIZIMI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada madaniyatlararo muloqot kompetensiyalarini baholash va monitoring qilish tizimining nazariy hamda amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Unda ta’lim jarayonida shaxsning turli madaniy muhit vakillari bilan samarali muloqotga kirisha olish ko‘nikmalarini aniqlash, tahlil qilish va rivojlantirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, madaniyatlararo kompetensiyani baholash mezonlari, indikatorlari, diagnostika usullari hamda monitoring mexanizmlarining ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Maqolada mazkur tizimni ta’lim muassasalari amaliyotiga joriy etish orqali talabalarning kommunikativ salohiyati, bag‘rikengligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligi va global fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari madaniyatlararo muloqot kompetensiyalarini samarali boshqarish va ularni uzluksiz rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi pedagogik yondashuvlarni takomillashtirishga yo‘naltirilgan.
