Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqola arterial bosimning fizik mohiyatini, uning o'lchash usullarini va puls to'lqinining tarqalish mexanizmlarini atroflicha ko'rib chiqadi. Gidrodinamika qonunlari, elastik tomirlar nazariyasi va amaliy diagnostika usullari fizika qonunlari asosida tahlil etiladi. Bernulli va Poiseuille tenglamalari qon aylanishini tavsiflasa, Moens-Korteweg formulasi puls to'lqini tezligini belgilaydi. Korotkov usuli, oscillometrik va fotopletizmografik metodlar fizik prinsiplari bilan yoritiladi. Maqola tibbiyot va fizika fanlarining kesishmasidagi muhim masalalarni fundamental darajada asoslaydi.
