Abstract

This study investigates the role of infinitives in documentaries, specifically how these verb forms contribute to conveying the filmmaker's purpose and shaping the narrative. By analyzing how documentaries utilize infinitives, this research aims to shed light on the persuasive power of language within the documentary genre.
