Abstract

This article explores the strategic management of cultural and art training institutions using cultural intelligence (CQ) as a framework. Cultural intelligence, which reflects the ability to function effectively in culturally diverse settings, is increasingly relevant for organizations operating in the globalized cultural and art education sector. The study examines the theoretical underpinnings of CQ, its application in strategic decision-making, and its role in addressing challenges faced by cultural and art training institutions. The article also highlights case studies and best practices to demonstrate the practical implications of CQ in fostering innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence.
